Celtic Solstice

I finished Bonnie Hunter's Celtic Solstice a couple weeks ago. It has been quite sometime since I did a quilt with so many tiny pieces! 

 

 

 I wanted a larger quilt, so I made it eight blocks by ten blocks. I opted to stay with her color choices since those colors are in Ireland's flag. It seemed appropriate somehow.

 

So it has now joined ranks with eight other bed-sized quilts in my stash waiting to be quilted. I started out the quilting season with twelve, and with this one I finished piecing two quilts. I have finished the quilting on five quilts.
