Another Quilt Done!

This quilt was given to me, unquilted, by my mom. I stuck it away in my closet and promptly forgot about it. Enter October, when I wanted a quilt to quilt. I rummaged through my stash of unfinshed quilts, all full to queen size. This one won to be done because it appeared to be a quick one to do.

I enjoyed doing this one, and it did quilt fast. It always makes it interesting when there are varying patterns in a quilt. I am currently quilting a sampler, which, hopefully, will be finished by the end of this week. That will leave me with ten quilts awaiting my thread, thimble, and needle.

  1. Love this quilt! I saw your question on Bonnie's site (isn't she fabulous?), anyway the flight restrictions have eased up over the last few years. You can check out this... http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/prohibited-items
A few paragraphs down is a section labeled Sharp Objects and it mentions scissors. As long as the tips are less than 4 inches they are allowed. I've never tried a pair anywhere near 4 inches but no one has batted an eye at the rounded tip nail scissors I do bring. Enjoy your flight!
