County Fair Quilt Is Done!

The last several years community quilters have made blocks which I sewed into a sampler quilt to raise money for the open class division of the county fair. I hand quilt the quilt, which is auctioned at the sale at the end of the fair. Here is the 2014 edition. The 2015 edition is in the works.

    Hi Carol, the colors of this sampler are so pretty. Who decides on the colors of these quilts?

      I choose the colors and dole out the fabric. I also sew several blocks.

    Gorgeous! I wish you'd post a couple of close-up shots that show the quilting....it's amazing to me that you hand-quilted it.
